- The C-1 Style Drill Collar Slip has a multi-segment design which allows it to hinge so that it fits all drill collars within the slip’s size range. The same renewable liner is used on all slips. The “C-1″ Slip Segments are made of alloy steel which is heat-treated for strength and wear resistance. Seven different slip sizes fit drill collars from 3″ through 12 3/4” Outside Diameter.

DCS Style Drill Collar Slip
- The DCS Style Drill Collar Slip has a multi-segment design to give a full wrap-around to insure a proper slip setting. The slips are made of alloy steel and heat-treated for strength and long life.. The DCS Style Slip comes in three types — the DCS-S, DCS-R, and DCS-L. Eleven different slip sizes fit drill collars from 3″ through 14″ OD.
